The hotel is conveniently located near UNC Charlotte, and there are nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel offered a nice selection of complimentary breakfast items to choose from. Vending machines and elevators were available for guest use.

first off we LOVED Danielle! She was absolutely amazing to us four! She went above an beyond helping us since our reservations were messed up with booking! This lady definitely made our nightmare a 1.000% better and was very helpful to us anytime we had questions. She even printed directions for us to get back home when I broke my phone at the race! KUDOS TO DANIELLE!!! Give that lady a raise! The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The rooms, everything was very clean an accommodating!

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! The lady that checked us in went above and beyond in my opinion. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast or use the pool so I can’t speak to those areas, but the hallways and common areas were also clean and nicely decorated.
